Was the Torah (the Law) Really Nailed to the Cross

Is that true that in the New Testament the Torah (the Law) really nailed to the cross by reading Col 2:14?

Col 2:14
Blotting out the handwriting of ORDINANCES that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Let us examine the Scripture together.

The word ORDINANCES in Greek is DOGMA (δόγμα). DOGMA (δόγμα) means = DOCTRINE; DECREE; PUBLIC DECREE MADE BY RULERS. It applies to the man-made decree. NOT from God.

If we refer to the TORAH that God gave to Moses, it is called in Greek as NOMOS (νόμος). NOT DOGMA. NOMOS means = MOSAIC LAW; THE LAW.

Col 2:14 is talking about "DOGMA". It is NOT "NOMOS".

Eph 2:15
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ORDINANCES (DOGMA); for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Eph 2:15 is also talking about "DOGMA".
