Shalom,
Rev 19:9 KJV
And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.
Rev 19:16 KJV
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
Rev 19:17 KJV
And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
If we dine at an elite restaurant, and their attire is a suit and a tie, the restaurant staffs, they will not let you in at the door with jeans and a T-shirt.
The same principle reflects spiritually.
The Bible warns us about the Wedding of the Lamb. He is God, the King of kings. Everyone who believes and accepts in His Son Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ) as Savior, is invited to the Wedding of the Lamb. But few are willing to preparethemselves with : wedding clothes of righteousness.
Rev 19:7 KJV
Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
Rev 19:8 KJV
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
What is the righteousness?
Gen 15:6 KJV
And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
Psa 119:172 KJV
My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
Joh 16:8 KJV
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
Eph 5:9 KJV
(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Righteousness is God's Word; Righteousness is God's Commandment; Righteousness is the Spirit of God. Righteousness is Holy Spirit.
Among Messianic believers, we believe that Holy Spirit is the Living Torah. He writes the Torah in our hearts, not on the 2 tablets stone, but inwardly in our hearts.
This is our wedding clothes of righteousness.
We are not invited to a "casual dinner" party at Mc Donald's, but we are invited to a "Wedding of the King of kings". We have to be ready and prepare our lives before our Lord rapture us.
The Wedding of the Lamb is at hand!
Bamashiach Yeshua barukh hu. Amen.

Amen, bro..
ReplyDeleteLet's make ourselves ready for the rapture with our wedding clothes of righteousness.
I would like to post this in the facebook tomorrow, Bro.. I know you wouldn't mind..
Thanks so much for sharing and May Lord Yeshua bless you
Amen, Bro. Andree, 1 John 3:3 says of the coming of the Lord and events following, including the Wedding Supper of the Lamb, "and he/she who has this hope, purifies himself/herself, even also as Jesus is pure." We are to make ourselves ready for this momentous event through faith and righteous living. Pure, as He (Yeshua, Jesus) is pure.
ReplyDeleteAmen Sis Betty. That's right. Jesus is pure so let us also be pure in His Spirit and be ready to meet our Lord. Hallelu-Yah!
ReplyDeleteAmen Sis Christine, please feel free and go ahead. Let us be ready with the clothes of righteousness to meet our Lord. Blessing in Yeshua's (Jesus') Name.
ReplyDeleteAmen, Bro.
ReplyDeleteYes, the righteousness of God is HIS Word, Yeshua the Living Torah.
Holy Spirit gives us the strength to keep God's commandment from our heart.
God bless you.
From Hebraic perspective (http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=234674008749&id=1249914720&ref=mf), we know that this is not a tatoo (which is against the Torah) but this is the Tzit tzit that cling on the Tallit.
ReplyDeleteHallelu-YAH!
Ya Amen Bro. Keep in His Word and blessing in Yeshua's Name.
ReplyDeleteAmen Bro. That's true...it is NOT a tattto. But it is a tzit tzit.
ReplyDeleteNum 15:38 KJV
Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe (tzit tzit) of the borders a ribband of blue:
Num 15:39 KJV
And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
